OWNERSHIP & INDEPENDENCE
You own 100% of your agency from the very beginning. There is no vesting program or buyout if you decide to leave. You decide what you want your agency to look like and Agents Alliance will provide the necessary support and advice along the way.
BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
Beginning from day one, you will have our team as your back office support. With a full accounting staff, we will manage the detail work of the back office for you with Agency Bill and Direct Bill Premium Reconciliation as well as a thorough monthly commission reconciliation.

ERIC ROBERTSON, CIC SBCS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
When Eric joined AAS, he started out as a Territory Development Manager in the Southwest. At that time, AAS did not have any Agency presence in these states. Having successfully developed the territory from scratch by knocking on doors, managing & developing Carrier Relations, and creating key partnerships, Eric then went onto bigger organizational roles. While in the position of Director of Carrier Relations, Eric continued to build strong partnerships with P&C carriers, bringing in some of the most profitable carriers we work with today and helped develop a roadmap for State Expansion.
Eric served as the Chief Operating Officer since early 2020, in which he continued to manage Core Carrier Relationships, and oversee the strategic initiatives of AAS. Eric accepted the CEO position in February of 2023 and attributes success to his team and being surrounded by great leaders. Eric believes that to cultivate a culture of success, one must embrace Integrity, Loyalty, Compassion, Innovation, and Collaboration.
CHIEF MEMBER OFFICER
Greg joined Agents Alliance Services in January of 2016 to grow Agents Alliance and expand our national footprint. Greg spent 13 years managing agency relationships for Travelers Insurance and prior to that was a District Manager for Farmers Insurance. His experience on the carrier side and managing captive agents gives him the knowledge and expertise needed to help agents make the transition from being a captive agent to the independent channel.
CHEIF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Kylie began her insurance career in 2009 as a receptionist for a retail insurance agency. She worked her way up to Chief Operating Officer over her 12 years at that agency. Kylie Joined Agents Alliance Services in June of 2022 as the Executive Vice President of Commercial Lines & Operations and accepted the role of Chief Operations Officer in April of 2023. Kylie leads by action and teamwork to assist members in elevating their agencies to the next level.
