Unlike other aggregators, we do not charge a membership fee! We are here to tailor your onboarding process. This includes one on one calls with each department from implementation, accounting, and marketing to ensure you’re setup for success.
OWNERSHIP & INDEPENDENCE
You own 100% of your agency from the very beginning. There is no vesting program or buyout if you decide to leave. You decide what you want your agency to look like and Agents Alliance will provide the necessary support and advice along the way.
BACK OFFICE SUPPORT
Beginning from day one, you will have our team as your back office support. With a full accounting staff, we will manage the detail work of the back office for you with Agency Bill and Direct Bill Premium Reconciliation as well as a thorough monthly commission reconciliation.

FOUNDER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
James began his insurance career over 20 years ago working as a sales professional in an independent agency. His professional experience includes a unique combination of business, financial, insurance, and non-profits. James is also an owner of a successful Texas insurance agency. James has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Account, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Investment Advisor. James is also a Collaborative Divorce Financial Counselor, helping couples/families understand, communicate and negotiate for their mutual best interests.
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Greg joined Agents Alliance Services in January of 2016 to grow Agents Alliance and expand our national footprint. Greg spent 13 years managing agency relationships for Travelers Insurance and prior to that was a District Manager for Farmers Insurance. His experience on the carrier side and managing captive agents gives him the knowledge and expertise needed to help agents make the transition from being a captive agent to the independent channel.

Eric has more than 18 years of industry experience in a variety of different roles mostly in agency/sales management & territory development. Eric is responsible for internal and external operations including agency engagement and carrier management. Eric spends his free time hiking, camping, traveling, going to the gym, entertaining folks at various happy hours and watching Ohio State football.
